A plethora of awards and accolades decorate Vida’s wall of success.  She has consistently been a Top Producer for RE/MAX for more than 10 years running.  Prior to this she was the #1 Producer for Coldwell Banker’s North Division, which covers the area of Southern California from San Diego through Santa Barbara.  She was also named the #2 producing agent in the State of California and in the top 10 across the Nation several times throughout her long career with Coldwell Banker. 

Vida loves real estate because of the challenges the industry presents. No two transactions are the same, and Vida thrives off the opportunity to help her clients in whatever situations are presented to them.  A master in the art of negotiation, with Vida there are no problems, only opportunities to find a solution.  Vida is supported by a team of well-trained and specialized staff that provide the highest level of customer service to her clients.

Vida has decades of experience handling probate sales.   She represents many major lending institutions including Bank of America and Wells Fargo with the sale of their “bank-owned” REO properties.  As a Certified Distressed Property Specialist, Vida also helps her clients to avoid foreclosure by negotiating successful Loan Modifications and Short Sales with their lenders.

Vida has her Ph.D. in linguistics and speaks five languages fluently.  Her reputation speaks for itself.  Her clientele is mostly referrals, which indicates the trust people have in her integrity, devotion, experience, and know how.  Vida is proud to represent the second and third generations of her past clients.
